Simplify your movement for National Simplicity Day

Hello! We hope you're well?

National Simplicity Day (12th July) was created to unshackle people from the complications and hustle and bustle of daily life and we believe that this also applies to our movement.

Our Broken to Brilliant® programme is all about learning effortless physical mastery and the incredible Pilates team are here to support your journey whether it is on a mat in class or in the machine studio, or even both!

Pilates in the machine studio

Did you know our amazing instructors all have their own areas of special interest?

Lois – provides 1:1 mat and small prop sessions, ideal for those not able to join our mat classes

Shireen – as an ex Olympic runner, she wants you to run smoothly and correctly so you don’t end up injured!

Lindsay – her specialist area is pelvic floor and core, so perfect for new mums!

Gordon – as a qualified massage therapist he is able to ‘mix and match’ between modalities ensuring your rehabilitation is unique to you

Sam – as a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor, she can help you meet your fitness goals

And of course, we can't forget Jo with her special interest in Pilates & Garuda and Buff Bones!

Remember, if you refer a friend to a Pilates machine studio session, you will both receive £10 towards your next treatment!

Calling all women! The Menopause Charity need your help!

“We are looking for women of any age who believe they have experienced menopausal symptoms.

Researchers want to investigate the experiences of women at any stage of menopause, on symptoms, related health issues and advice from health professionals.

The aim of the study is to explore the experiences of the women seeking treatments such as, but not limited to, HRT, and antidepressants.

We are excited to be partnering this study led by the University of Bath @uniofbath, Department of Health and in collaboration with The Menopause Charity.

The survey will run for 4 weeks, closing on the 22nd July.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

All data submitted will be anonymous.

We believe this is a great opportunity to be part of a real 'change' that is taking place in the UK at the moment that is empowering women to get the help they need and ensuring medical practitioners are well placed to provide it. Your contribution to this community will help take that work forward.

Thank you so much for your continued support.”
