Meet with our osteopaths specialised in treating mums and newborns to ensure your body and your baby is on the best journey. Depending on your baby's delivery will depend on how they adjust to living on land as opposed to their water filled environment when they were in utero. Osteopaths can help with their movement development, reflexive movement patterning along with supporting growth changes.
Some Mums have benefitted from a chat with the acupuncturist to balance and boost energy levels and our nutritionist during and post pregnancy and have thoroughly enjoyed a well-deserved massage as most mums tend to!
With Pilates & Garuda machine sessions post delivery we then plan through the best exercise selection for you whether you are returning to your body from a natural exit delivery or c-section arrival! Newborns are tiring for sure...so we recommend Grandma or Dad or a friend to accompany you so your baby is looked after by them in reception or in the machine studio whilst you get to move in your 1:1 experience and learn how to reconnect with yourself!
