Describe yourself

Tough question. I’m a quietly confident, regular kind of guy I guess. I enjoy most sports, golf and skiing in particular, and try to stay active as much as possible. Follow Liverpool FC, and enjoy a good live gig and the odd little glass of red.

Areas of special interest

As a keen sportsman of..(too many) years, I obviously have a close affinity to those crazy people. My dissertation research studied golfing injuries and low backpain specifically and I have since qualified to be able to assess the golf swing via the Titleist TPI Assessment screen, and am currently the only Osteopath in Sussex that can do so.

Goals for your patients

Better mobility, better function, better understanding and better health. I feel it’s important to educate patients about their problem, Understanding why you’re in pain has a hugely positive effect and without doubt makes recovery and returning to an active and mobile life so much faster.
