CALLING ALL LADIES OVER 38!

According to the Invisibility Report by Gen-M, up to 1 in 4 women are experiencing perimenopausal symptoms at the age of 40. We genuinely believe though that knowledge is power and that all women should be fully empowered to have a magical menopause whenever that process should start!

That's why we're so excited that Birgitta is running her 28-day peri-menopause programme starting on Monday 19th April, find out more over on our blog or click here to watch our short video about what the programme involves & what amazing bonuses are included!

We would also highly recommend downloading our FREE cycle tracker over on our updated Women's Health page - it's a great place to start learning about understanding your hormones & symptom patterns each month.

VITAMIN D

The sunshine might be starting to make a more regular appearance now but does that mean you'll get enough Vitamin D?

Find out more about why we need Vitamin D & if you should test your levels in our latest blog.

CALL FOR EVIDENCE

🙋‍♀‍ Ladies! It's time to speak up & help address the inequalities across healthcare - find out more in this article.

Then have your say in the Government consultation mentioned in the article above by clicking here - it closes on 30th May so still plenty of time to get your voice heard!

FAREWELL KIM!

We're sure you will all join us in wishing Kim the very best for the future. She wanted us to pass on these words to you all:

“To my wonderful colleagues and all of our fantastic patients,

It is with deep heartbreak and sadness that the time has come for me to say my goodbyes to you all.

Bridgeham has been my home, my heart and my happy place over the last two and a half years.

I have gained more than I could ever have dreamed of both professionally and personally and I will hold each of these experiences and memories in my heart for a lifetime and beyond.

There are so many of you I have personally been able to connect with - be it a little chit chat over a cuppa whilst waiting for your appointments/classes, comparing lippy colours, sharing stories about our families, hysterical bouts of laughter and sometimes a tear or two... Nothing was beyond limit! ... We’ve been through it all! Thank you so much for helping me grow and learn to become a better version of myself leaving Bridgeham than I was when I arrived. I will miss you all terribly, but feel beyond blessed to have gained new friendships and cemented those already made.

I truly wish each of you the very best in your broken to brilliant journeys and in all the days ahead! Remember we are all a little broken... That’s how the light gets in! Keep shining!

"May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields and
Until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand."

All my love,
Kim Xx

Testimonial Prize Draw Winner!

Here is what Mr. L said about his Bridgeham experience:

“I would highly recommend Michelle one of the massage therapists at Bridgeham. After numerous unsuccessful treatments elsewhere, Michelle has helped me immensely with my back problem and went straight to work. After just a couple of massage sessions with Michelle, the pain relief was amazing!”

If you haven't already given us a testimonial then why not write one on Google, Facebook, or by email. You too could then be in with a chance to win a £50 treatment voucher!

See you in the clinic or online soon…you’ve got to be in it to win it!
