Unlock your fitness after lockdown
Has lockdown left you feeling less than limber?
Are you currently physically struggling with everyday life activities?
Do you feel your fitness levels have decreased over the past12 months?
Would you like to start exercising but not sure how to start safely?
Then we have just the course for you!
Join Lois for her upcoming ‘Unlock your fitness after lockdown’ 9-week course which is the perfect blend between light cardio work and Pilates to help build muscular strength and improve your posture. With full guidance from Lois, you will be able to exercise at a pace that suits you in our wonderful bright and airy movement studio all whilst benefitting from a supportive group environment too – all socially distanced of course!
This course is suitable for everyone.
Ready to join? Here’s all the information you need:
Starts Monday 17th May until Thursday 15th July*
You can either attend 1 class or 2 classes a week, class times are:
Monday 11am-12pm and Thursday 1pm-2pm.
To join 18 classes (both classes a week) = £144
To join 9 classes (1 class a week) = £90
Before starting, you will need to attend a free assessment with Lois and you will also need to complete a lifestyle questionnaire to help her assess how best to support you on your 9-week journey.
If you would prefer to join class(es) via Zoom, this will be possible, however you will still need to have the assessment with Lois prior to starting.
*There will be a Zoom class on Bank Holiday Monday 31stMay as the clinic is closed.
What you need to bring to class:
You will need to bring your own equipment to the classes which can purchased in advance from reception if you don’t already have them. The kit consists of:
- Spikey balls (pair)
- 1 x pink and 1 x purple band
- Soft Pilates over-ball
You will also need to bring a beach or bath towel to lay on and your own water bottle.
