Tier 4 Update - December 2020

Dear valued Patient,

We’re still here!

A quick update timed with the (albeit expected) announcement that Crawley is now going into Tier 4 status from Boxing Day, 26th December:

Last week I sent out a memo to all practitioners and staff that we all need to be vigilant and continue our high level of infection control protocols. At the time Tier 4 was just down the road in Surrey and we were operating with both patients and staff from Tier 4 areas. Now we are all in it together.

We observed and learned from the earlier lockdowns that it was important to continue to remain open to see patients to ease the burden on the already busy NHS. We will continue to do this.

Certain folk have certain medical conditions and are more vulnerable to the effects of Covid. If you were advised to shield in earlier lockdowns,  you should continue to do so. Otherwise, please keep your appointments for medical care if you feel happy to do so, in the knowledge that we are maintaining our high standards of clinical hygiene.

If you are unsure, please feel free to call or email. Pilates for exercise will continue to take place via Zoom. Pilates rehabilitation will continue under supervision in the clinic. Acupuncture and massage as a part of a medical need and treatment program can continue.

Please remember video consultations are still available for those unable or unhappy to visit the clinic personally. We also have a wide variety of exercises and top tips available on our Bridgeham YouTube channel.

As ever, these are changing times and we will keep you updated as and when we have any further directives.

Wishing you all the very merriest of Christmas’s in this wonderful world we live in.

Yours (ahem) tier-4-ly (sorry – believe it or not that was from Jo, not Trevor!),
