Shoulder Impingement

A patient recently came to see me at Bridgeham with symptoms of shoulder impingement. The pain was making it difficult for her to carry out daily tasks such as reaching into high cupboards, carrying shopping bags and not being able to lift her grandchildren.

With some Osteopathy treatment and Pilates rehabilitation exercises we managed to get her free from pain and get a full range of movement back into her shoulder. This meant we met her goal of being able to perform daily tasks, and most importantly she was able to pick up and hold her grandchildren again with ease.
