January is traditionally a time for starting new diets and exercise regimes and here at Bridgeham, we can support anyone looking to do this.

Thousands of people have signed up to take part in challenges such as Veganuary and Dry January to motivate them to look at alternative ways of eating, or to look at their relationship with alcohol and the impact it has on their lives.
January also sees Sugar Awareness Week (20th-26th).
