How do you strengthen your Pelvic Floor?
When I first started strengthening my pelvic floor after getting my Pelvic Organ Prolapse diagnosis, I realised that it was much more than just Kegel’s. Below are the 7 areas of focus for a gold standard pelvic floor:
- The pelvic floor itself - learn to contract and release so that it’s dynamic in function
- Posture and alignment - stack your bones and improve your posture
- Diaphragm and breathing patterns - master diaphragmatic breathing pattern
- Core pressure regulation - discover if you are actually squashing your core
- Glutes - find your strong and dynamic booty
- Hips - integrate happy hips that move well
- Feet & Jaw - who knew the feet and jaw connect to the core and floor?

She focuses on lifestyle practices that are often incredibly effective, such as stress management techniques, sleep hygiene and exercise as well as nutrition.
Emma's introductory offers are:
£70 for an initial 60-minute consultation
£50 for a 30-minute follow up consultation
She is offering a package of six 60-minute sessions within a 3-month timescale, for £370 (online) or £400 in person.

Preparing ourselves for autumn and winter to support body, immune system, nervous system and lower stress levels... If we enter the later part of the year well and with minimal stress, we are less likely to be susceptible to winter ailments and recover from them better.
By meditating regularly we lower cortisol levels (the stress hormone) and this helps the immune system stay strong.
Each meditation week by week will focus on different aspects of letting go of things we don’t need to carry with us. We will explore techniques for letting go; letting go at the right time of year for our Meridians and organs allows us to rest and truly use the winter to regenerate for a healthier spring next year!
