Still time to register....
Preparing ourselves for autumn and winter to support body, immune system, nervous system and lower stress levels...
If we enter the later part of the year well and with minimal stress, we are less likely to be susceptible to winter ailments and recover from them better. By meditating regularly we lower cortisol levels (the stress hormone) and this helps the immune system stay strong.
Each meditation week by week will focus on different aspects of letting go of things we don’t need to carry with us.
We will explore techniques for letting go; letting go at the right time of year for our Meridians and organs allows us to rest and truly use the winter to regenerate for a healthier spring next year!
Starting 14th of October(alternate Saturdays)
Finishing 23rd of December
11.00 am - 12.00 noon
£72 for the whole course and a £15 drop-in if available
Contact the clinic on 01293 542245 to register your place.

Coming to Bridgeham Anti-wrinkle & Skin-boosters
Selena our amazing acupuncturist is bringing this wonderful service to Bridgeham, and this is why Selena decided to do the training!
"Simply put, I had some anti-wrinkle treatment myself and loved the effects. Anyone who is a regular client will know I don’t look as if I’ve been ‘frozen’, and I have an extremely expressive face! Some deep lines had appeared and whilst not a big issue, they were enough to make me feel I looked more tired than I felt on the inside. The effects of the treatment are clear to me, but even my best friends didn’t know what was making me look suddenly ‘so well’ until I told them I’d had ‘a little help’. The effects are subtle but gave me more confidence and helped me feel and look a little fresher – which, as I began to feel the effects of going through menopause, was a well needed boost"!
I love to help people feel better on the inside with my acupuncture and other treatments – and now I am able to help with the outside too. It’s a really exciting new phase for my practice and another layer of the broken to brilliant experience Bridgeham offers.
If you are curious about how either of these treatments can work for you – do ask all the questions you like by booking a free consultation with me at Bridgeham.

Red January is a nationwide movement for mental wellbeing, led by the community, for the community.
Join thousands of people this January by moving every day, to beat the winter blues away.
Moving before or after work can be especially difficult during the winter months, with the lack of daylight seriously affecting not only the motivation levels, but also the ability to get outside to exercise safely.
We strongly believe it's now time for all businesses to introduce movement breaks to help transform the mental wellbeing of UK workers. This is where Bridgeham can help, with bespoke movement classes onsite.
Call or email us to arrange a visit at your workplace, or for you to come and see our clinic and get involved with Bridgeham for Red January!

Here is what Ms. S said about her Bridgeham experience:
"I just wanted to say a very big thank you for making me feel so welcome and for the kindness and care I was shown today.
I thought my current treatment of pain killers, 3 weekly physio and optional walking stick was my lot. How wrong I was!
Today, following a face-to-face consultation with Eva my osteopath and Selena my acupuncturist, a thorough history was taken, I had a comprehensive examination, the findings explained, and treatment given. I feel like a new person.
Yes, it's going to take time and more treatment, but to be mobile again and enjoy life without pain is going to be achievable. How I wish I'd known about Bridgeham earlier. It would have saved a lot of tears".
See you in the clinic or online soon…you’ve got to be in it to win it!
