RED JANUARY!

Red January is a nationwide movement for mental wellbeing, led by the community, for the community. 

Join Jo, Trevor and thousands of people this January by moving every day, to beat the winter blues away. Moving before or after work can be especially difficult during the winter months, with the lack of daylight seriously affecting not only the motivation levels, but also the ability to get outside to exercise safely. We strongly believe it's now time for all businesses and families to introduce movement breaks to help transform the mental wellbeing. This is where Bridgeham can help, with bespoke movement classes onsite.

NEW CLASS - BETTER BALANCE PILATES!

"Menopause Café Bridgeham Pilates, Crawley"

Come and join us at Next Costa Coffee (upstairs), County Oak Retail Park, Crawley, Tuesday 30th January 2024, at 1245 onwards.

It's a great opportunity to connect with others who are going through or have experienced all things perimenopause and menopause, over coffee. Anyone welcome.
