Emma is a health and nutrition coach, yoga teacher, and therapist with over 12 years of experience in the wellbeing industry. She has a passion for helping clients understand their minds and bodies, getting to the root of health issues and improving their wellbeing with natural methods.

· Evaluating your current diet and making simple, effective changes to improve your health
