Whether you want to move more comfortably, recover from an injury or simply give your body a little extra care, Team Bridgeham is here to help.
Keep scrolling to discover our top summer tips and see how we can support you this July.

National Simplicity Day
What if feeling better didn't have to be complicated?
Sometimes the biggest difference comes from the smallest changes. Taking a short walk. Stretching while the kettle boils. Sitting a little taller. Drinking more water. Taking five minutes to breathe.
At Bridgeham, we believe looking after your body should fit into your everyday life, not add more to your to do list. Our team is here to help you move better, reduce pain and build healthy habits that last, whether that's through physiotherapy, osteopathy, Pilates, massage or one of our wellbeing therapies.
This National Simplicity Day, choose one small thing you can do for yourself. Your future self will thank you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Here's what one of Gina's clients had to say after her very first 1:1 session:
"A great first 1:1 Pilates session with Gina. She was very patient and explained all the exercises really well. It was the first time I've done Pilates and she put me at ease within minutes. I really enjoyed the session and can see how I can benefit from 1:1 sessions. Thanks so much Gina and I look forward to my next session."
Whether you're looking to recover from an injury, improve your posture, build strength or simply move more comfortably, our experienced Pilates team is here to support you.

🎾 LOVE THE GAME. NOT THE PAIN.
Has Wimbledon inspired you to dust off your tennis racket or try padel this summer?
Whether you're battling tennis elbow, shoulder pain, back pain, wrist injuries or muscle strains, don't let pain keep you on the sidelines.
At Bridgeham Clinic, our physiotherapist and qualified tennis coach, Alexander Costa, understands the physical demands of racquet sports from both a clinical and coaching perspective. He'll help you understand exactly what's causing your pain and create a clear plan to get you back on court with confidence.
Every Wimbledon Weeks appointment includes:
🎾 A clear diagnosis – understand what's really causing your pain.
🎾 A personalised recovery plan – tailored to your injury, goals and sport.
🎾 Exercises you can start immediately – to help reduce pain, restore movement and build strength.
🎾 Expert return-to-play advice – so you know when and how to get back on court safely, reducing the risk of the injury returning.

💙 Support Crawley Open House This Summer💙
While many of us are enjoying sunshine, holidays and time outdoors, summer can be incredibly challenging for people experiencing homelessness. Access to drinking water, food, toiletries and everyday essentials can make a real difference.
This July, we're proud to be supporting Crawley Open House, a fantastic local charity providing accommodation, food, support and hope to people experiencing homelessness in our community.
Next time you're doing your weekly shop, could you pop one extra item into your trolley? A bottle of water, a tin of soup, a packet of pasta or a bottle of shampoo may seem like a small gesture, but together these donations can have a huge impact.
They are currently in need of:
💙 Small bottles of water
💙 Shampoo and shower gel
💙 Sleeping bags
💙 Pasta and pasta sauces
💙 Long-life milk
💙 Tinned foods, soup, beans and vegetables
💙 Tea, coffee and other everyday cupboard essentials
💙 Biscuits and snacks
💙 Toiletries and deodorant
If you're visiting Bridgeham Clinic this month, we'd be delighted if you could bring along an item to donate.
You can also drop donations directly to:

Testimonial Prize Draw Winner!
Here is what V.R said about her Bridgeham experience:
I am having 1:1 pilates with Gina working with the exercises Paola the Osteo has set me to make sure I am doing them correctly.
She works with the reformer to increase core strength and upper and lower body strength to improve posture.
At the end of her session I feel four inches taller!
She is an excellent Pilates instructor, very caring and bases her exercises around any existing medical problems.I have no hesitation in recommending her to other clients.
If you haven't already given us a testimonial then why not write one on Google, Facebook, or by email. You too could then be in with a chance to win a £50 treatment voucher!
