Gina Ould
Pilates Instructor

Bio & Qualifications
I began my movement journey as a professional dancer in the 1990’s. An experience that laid the foundation of a lifelong passion of helping others move well and feel their best.
During my 15 year career in dance, I qualified as an Exercise to Music & Gym Instructor.
I then gained a Diploma as a Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist with Premier Training in 2004 and as a Pilates Instructor in 2006 with Modern Pilates. More recently I gained my Pilates Reformer Instructor qualification with Pilates Union.
Describe yourself
I am a “people person”. I love how each group I teach has a different dynamic and enjoy watching the relationships grow between my class members. It is an absolute pleasure to see everyone gain more confidence in their body movement & to witness their improvement as they
explore their strengths & try new things.
With decades of teaching experience, I love nothing more than to share my passion for movement and body awareness.
I currently teach a wide range of individuals group mat based Pilates, fitness/keep fit, and senior seated exercise classes, all within the local community.
At Bridgeham Clinic I am delighted to now be offering 1:1 and 1:2 Pilates reformer sessions, as well as teach a lively Saturday morning group class.
Outside the clinic I enjoy all aspects of theatre, dance, and live music, continuing to find inspiration in the art of movement,
to share with those that I teach.
