Bio & Qualifications

Since graduating from The British School of Osteopathy in 2019 (now the HSU), I have worked alongside a specialist physiotherapist in Kensington as well as in a busy and established clinic in Molesey.  Alongside this for the last two years I have supervised Osteopathy students as a clinic tutor at the university which has been a rewarding experience.

I have worked with multiple patients with complex case histories, tailoring my care approach to the individual to get to the root of their condition and improve their quality of life. My structural osteopathic approach includes supplementing hands-on treatment (joint articulation, mobilisation, soft tissue release, strengthening exercises) with patient education and lifestyle advice.

The passion I have for osteopathy comes from wanting to promote a positive mindset and change people’s lives when it comes to their outlook on health and their ability to influence it for the better. I grew up watching my family members struggling with pain and poor mobility due to arthritis. I found myself thinking this can’t be it? Osteopathy gave me the knowledge and tools to manage this common condition and many others. I now make it my priority to educate you on your health, what it really means to manage injuries, MSK conditions and live a life without pain.

Outside of osteopathy, I enjoy spending time training and caring for horses, training in the gym and creating through pencil and charcoal drawings. I completed my post grad certificate in Animal Osteopathy in 2024 allowing me to combine horse and rider treatments.

Prior to becoming an osteopath, I worked in a leisure centre as a duty manager where I also trained in climbing and gym instruction, this has helped me to prescribe suitable exercises to further promote my patient’s recovery and autonomy. I also trained as a sports masseuse and these skills compliment my approach.

I am also a fully qualified Occupational Health Technician. Initially during the COVID-19 pandemic, but now ongoing, I attend construction sites to carry out workplace health testing to industry standards and provide wellbeing and care advice with an approach influenced by my holistic background, including medical referrals where appropriate.
