Bio and Qualifications  

Graduating from the prestigious British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997, Briar has amassed a wealth of experience in diverse clinical settings around the globe - ranging from bustling hospitals and specialised sports clinics to remote communities and unique wildlife environments.  After a fulfilling career, Briar retired from the Osteopathic register in 2024 and now focuses her expertise as a dedicated physical therapist.  With 27 years in clinical practice, she specialises in soft-tissue massage and joint mobilisation, harmonizing her extensive training in osteopathy and naturopathy to enhance mobility and promote overall wellbeing.

About Me  

Driven by a deep love for movement, nature, and adventure, I collaborate with individuals to cultivate ease within their bodies. Sports have always been a significant part of my life; out of work hours you will find me climbing, dancing, running, cycling, hiking, swimming, and practicing Pilates and yoga. My career highlights are numerous and include working as an osteopath for a world-touring dance troupe, supporting elite triathletes in Japan, assisting Tibetan monks, learning from Mayan healers, and caring for a variety of animals across the globe.
