I qualified as a nutritionist in 2016 and founded B Nutrition after completing my diploma in Naturopath Nutrition at CNM with distinction. I have always been interested in nutrition and during maternity leave I had time to reflect upon what was important to me and where I wanted to focus my energy in the future. I took the decision to leave my job as an events director and change career to become a nutritional therapist. I myself have osteoporosis and osteoarthritis which I manage through nutrition and do not take any medication. I have worked for over two years with Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD at the Glenville Clinics in Tunbridge Wells and Harley Street, seeing a wide range of clients with various conditions.
I am a very positive person and look for the benefits in most situations. I like a challenge and thrive on finding solutions to problems or pushing myself with a new venture. I like to keep fit and enjoy various exercises including Pilates, yoga, swimming and walking my black Labrador. I like to read and go to lectures and learn about new research in the world of nutrition and finding out how nutrients can help keep the body and mind in optimum health.
With a special interest in female hormones, this includes Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), PMS, endometriosis, menopause and infertility. I work with all ages including teenagers with hormonal imbalances due to poor nutrition and stress. I also have an interest in gut health, autoimmune diseases, osteo support and improving energy levels through a balance of nutritious food.
