Online Improve your Sleep 5 week meditation course

If regular sleep is evading you, this course could be just what you’re looking for!

Starting on Thursday 29th April at 6.30pm (via Zoom), over 5 weeks Selena will discuss sleep problems & the associated issues, guide you through various meditation techniques and offer lots of useful tips and advice.

Each week Selena will cover:

Week 1 – Thursday 29th April - Common sleep problems

Week 2 – Thursday 6th May - When you have trouble dropping off to sleep

Week 3 – Thursday 13th May - Anxiety and sleep

Week 4 - Thursday 20th May - Pain & sleep

Week 5 - Thursday 27th May - Waking during the night

This course is suitable for everyone, no previous meditation experience required!

The 5-week course costs £55 or drop ins are available at £15 per class.
