Following her three popular short meditation courses, Selena is now delighted to be offering a weekly meditation class on a Saturday morning 11am-12pm.
Each week will have a different focus with one seated mediation and long mediation (also known as Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep) where you will lie down under a blanket, get comfy and totally relax as Selena guides you through the practice.
This class is suitable for complete beginners or more experienced meditators.
All you need to bring is yourself, a cushion and a blanket!
The next course runs Saturday 7th August to Saturday 18th September, with a break on Saturday the 28th of August for the Bank Holiday weekend. These LIVE classes will be held in our COVID-secure studio The maximum number of attendees will be 10.
The course will cost £72 for all 6 classes. If places are available drop-ins will cost £15 per class.
