Ballet Fitness with Lois

This is a one-hour class, combining ballet and Pilates exercises to strengthen and tone the body, improve flexibility and posture.  It is suitable for any age and ability.

Lois professionally trained in Performing Arts at Collins Performing Arts, and brings her passion for dance into her fitness career.  She is a Level 2 qualified Exercise to Music instructor and a Level 3 Pilates instructor.  She is also a qualified swimming instructor and has been teaching young and old to swim for the last nine years.

Lois says:

I absolutely adored ballet from the age of 2, and am so excited to be able to use my ballet background with my new Pilates knowledge to offer a fun workout experience.  I hope to bring out the inner ballerina in you.

I would have made a fantastic ballerina if I didn’t have such short legs!

Class Details:

Mondays             from 1.00 – 2.00pm (in blocks of 6 classes)

Block dates –       16th of April to 4th of June (excluding the two May Bank Holidays)

11th of June to 16th of July

Fees:                     Depending on places available, drop in fees are £9.00 per class.
