There are many pilates teachers out there nowadays and a multitude of exercises that sometimes have different names. We find it useful for those with some experience to come for a 1:1 session at the clinic to be introduced to some of our basic fundamental exercises and talk through your desires and goals of what you would like to achieve through attending one of our group classes.
